ALL PRICES REFERRED TO ON OUR WEBSITE ARE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS (NZD)

For guests; on receiving a Booking Application form for a property, you will be emailed a copy of the Terms and Conditions for review.  We require, prior to confirming your booking, confirmation by email that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

We rely on property owners to provide information on their homes with up to date photos, descriptions and to ensure their home is maintained to a reasonable standard. Our properties will be 3 ½ to 5 star properties.  Property  owners will be invited to advertise and a vigorous screening process for themselves and their properties ensure guests have the best holiday home available.

Properties will be visited personally by 80 Minute Game Ltd personnel in the 6 -12weeks leading up to the Rugby World Cup competition.

Where a property becomes unavailable and a booking has been made, 80 Minute Game Ltd has contingency plans available for properties for last minute bookings.  Should you require information on these, please contact us

We value the privacy of the guests and property owners.  80 Minute Game Ltd is the booking agent between the guests and the property owner.

We abide by The Privacy Act 1993.  All information will be held in a secure location and only available to staff of 80 Minute Game Ltd and for the appropriate exchange of information between guests and property owners.

Guests will not have the direct contact details of the property owners until the commencement of their rental.   If the property owner is unavailable to assist during the duration of the stay, guests should liaise with 80 Minute Game.

Personal Information held on file  about you, our guest or property owner, will be available at any time by request for review or correction.
